Welcome undergraduate students from the University of Queensland

       Four undergraduate students from the Department of Civil Engineering in the University of Queensland, Mr. Julian Cao, Mr. Daniel Hutchison, Mr. Casey Schackow, and Miss Linda Lin, visited MSL for 3 weeks from June 29th to July 19th 2017.
       During the visit, they discussed with MSL students to learn about the latest research projects and outcomes. In addition, they were also actively involved in study on deployable polyhedrons with the origami technique and a fish-shaped origami tent, in collaboration with Ph.D. students Fufu Yang and Weilin Lv. By the end of the visit, they successfully assembled a large scale tent model with cardboards.
