Reconfigurable linkage Deployable linkage Rigid origami Kirigami Origami and kirigami are techniques for generating 3D structures from 2D flat sheets, which has shown great potential in engineering applications, such as deployable structures, medical tools and robots. Interdisciplinary research on mechanisms and rigid origami provides novel research methods and theoretical foundations for institutional analysis and pattern design.
